20+ years running operations. Now I build yours.

Experience

20+ years running operations as a general manager, executive and CEO, in businesses from small teams to a few hundred people.

• Turned around businesses and divisions that were losing money, by fixing pricing, project control and billing.
• Built the systems the business runs on: CRM and pipeline, quoting and proposals, project and utilisation reporting, and invoicing automation (including Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Found and stopped money leaking out: unbilled work, overdue debtors, billing errors and cost overruns.
• Wrote standard terms and proposal frameworks that close off contract risk.
• Set up a program management office and a weekly operating rhythm with clear scorecards.
• Grew teams, with the structure, capability and succession planning to carry them.
• Chaired safety, risk and ESG committees, and reported to boards and investors.

Environmental services, water and utilities, infrastructure and construction, industrial and mining supply, not-for-profit.

How I work now

I run my own business on the same setup I build for clients: an AI team drafts, checks and reports, and I approve everything. Every system I build is set up in your accounts, and you own it.

Based in Brisbane. On-site across South East Queensland. Remote projects Australia-wide and overseas.
