At setup we agree your tone and wording. I update her instructions from your feedback, and I check her work.
A matching picture for each post, made with AI image tools and labelled where a platform needs it, or your own photos if you send them.
Setup includes your own Board, and Mila starts posting once it is live. On your Board you can approve or skip each post, change its date and time (within your package of 3 posts a week), and edit the caption text or ask for changes. To change a picture or the platform a post goes to, ask us and we update it for your OK. Once a post is approved, you can ask us to change or stop it; requests are subject to our confirmation before the post is sent. Once a post is sent it cannot be recalled, and any change needs a fresh approval. Approved posts are scheduled to Facebook, and to Instagram once it is connected.
What went out and when, the reach, likes and comments Facebook and Instagram let us read (shown as "needs access" where they don't), and ideas for next month. I check every report before you get it, and we have a short monthly check-in.
She won't post in Facebook groups, and she doesn't reply to customers or message people as your business.
